CDER Seeks Participants for Experiential Learning Site Visit Program

CDER is lining up its 2018 Office of Pharmaceutical Quality Staff Experiential Learning Site Visit Program and has invited drugmakers to submit a site visit proposal.

Under the voluntary program, groups of OPQ staff will tour the pharmaceutical facilities, observing operations, pilot plants and testing over one to two days. The program is designed to give staff a better understanding of drug development and manufacturing processes.

The program is not meant to supplement or replace a regular inspection and it has no enforcement role.
