EMA to Increase Pharmacovigilance Fees

The European Medicines Agency said it expects to increase its fees for pharmacovigilance applications by 1.4 percent in mid-January.

The European Commission adopted a regulation adjusting the fees on Oct. 18 and the amended regulation is expected to be released in January.

The increase adjusts for inflation of 0.2 percent in 2015 and 1.2 percent in 2016.
