FDA Launches New Meeting Request System for Non-Industry Stakeholders

February 13, 2018

The FDA has created a new online system for patient groups and non-industry stakeholders to request meetings with CDER staff.

The agency provides an online form for meeting requests that includes the name of the stakeholder, their organization and the goal of the meeting. They are also asked to provide the affiliation of any other attendees.

The FDA’s professional affairs and stakeholder engagement staff will review all meeting requests. Stakeholders interested in meetings on non-drug-development-related issues should get in touch with the FDA’s Office of Health and Constituent Affairs, the agency said.
