Florida Company Sidelined After Selling Unapproved Drugs

Deltona, Florida-based MyNicNaxs entered into a consent decree after admitting to marketing unapproved drugs and misbranding.

The company sold weight loss and sexual enhancement products online, marketing them as dietary supplements to consumers without FDA approval and ignoring numerous agency warnings. The agency issued a warning letter to the firm in 2015.

The decree requires that the company cease distributing unapproved new drugs or misbranded drugs, and bans it from manufacturing, holding, receiving or distributing any drugs or dietary supplements until the FDA determines they are in compliance.
