Quantm Irradiation System Gains CE Mark

Artms Products’ Quantm irradiation system gained a CE Mark for use in generating high-value radioisotopes on medical cyclotrons, ion-accelerating machines that have numerous uses in medicine.

The device produces important radioisotopes, such as Tc-99m and Ga-68, used in the nuclear medicine field for medical diagnostic imaging and therapy in oncology, cardiology and neurology.

Cyclotrons are used in proton therapy, which has grown in importance because of its ability to treat tumors deep in the body.
