Tyto Care’s Live Video Telehealth System Receives CE Mark

Tyto Care’s remote examination system earned the CE Mark and the company plans to roll out the product in Europe immediately via partnerships with telehealth companies, health systems and insurance providers.

The platform, which has live video capabilities, includes a handheld modular exam tool to remotely examine the patient’s heart, lungs, skin, ears, throat and abdomen. The system includes an otoscope, stethoscope, digital camera and telehealth video platform.

Tyto Care released the product in the U.S. last year following FDA clearance.
