CDSCO Issues Guidance for Free Sale Certificates

India’s CDSCO has put out guidance for manufacturers wishing to apply for free sale certificates to export devices.

The guidance document applies to Indian devicemakers who currently hold valid manufacturing licenses and are looking to export Class A, B, C or D products.

To obtain a free sale certificate, manufacturers must submit a hard copy cover letter including the list of products the certificate will cover.
