CDER Rolls Out New FDA-TRACK Web Site

CDER unveiled a newly redesigned FDA-TRACK web site, promising easier access to the center’s activities. The redesigned site includes seven new dashboards with access to data on NDAs and BLAs, for example, but also to staff presentations and statistics offered at conferences.

CDER noted “limitations to the data” available through the dashboards and said the site is “thorough but not comprehensive.”

The numbers provided are meant to help the public better understand what the center does, but “observed increases and decreases in these measures should not be seen as improvements or deficiencies,” CDER said.
