Potrero’s Monitoring System Gets CE Mark

Potrero has earned the CE Mark for its Accuryn Monitoring System, a platform that expands a Foley catheter into a diagnostic tool to measure urine output and core body temperature.

The system is designed to gather data that can help diagnose intra-abdominal hypertension and abdominal compartment system earlier in patients. It can also diagnose acute kidney injury, which affects almost half of patients in intensive care units.

Accuryn can remove urinary outflow obstruction in current urine drainage systems, making the device’s urine output monitoring more accurate.
