TGA to Begin Posting Post-Market Compliance Reviews

Australia’s Therapeutic Goods Administration will begin quarterly public postings of its compliance reviews of selected medicines.

The postmarket compliance reviews are conducted to ensure drug products listed on the Australian Register of Therapeutic Goods meet regulatory requirements.

Products may be selected for compliance reviews if they pose immediate or potential health risks, if the sponsor has a history of noncompliance based on past reviews, if a new or emerging issue arises, or if concerns exist for a particular type of product.
