IMDRF Cancels Singapore Meetings Because of COVID-19 Outbreak

The International Medical Device Regulators Forum (IMDRF) has cancelled three upcoming meetings in Singapore because of the COVID-19 outbreak.

The IMDRF will not hold a planned joint workshop on cybersecurity on March 16 with the Global Diagnostic Imaging, Healthcare IT and Radiation Therapy Trade Association (DITTA).

Also cancelled is a March 17 stakeholder forum and a March 18 IMDRF management committee meeting.

The number of confirmed cases of COVID-19 infection in Singapore was 77 as of February 17.
