Former Sandoz Executive Pleads Guilty in Generic Price Fixing Scheme
February 25, 2020
A former Sandoz executive, Hector Armando Kellum, has become the third former generic executive to plead guilty in the Department of Justice’s ongoing investigation into generic price fixing.
Kellum was charged with conspiring to fix prices, rig bids, and allocate customers for multiple generic drugs, including clobetasol and nystatin triamcinolone cream.
The DOJ previously indicted former Taro Pharmaceuticals executive Ara Aprahamian in the scheme.
