Randox’s Multi-STI Assay Receives CE Mark

Randox has obtained the CE Mark for its sexually transmitted infection (STI) assay, which tests for multiple STIs.

The assay, which is used on Bosch’s molecular laboratory diagnostic platform Vivalytic, tests for 10 of the most common STIs, including chlamydia, gonorrhea, Herpes 1 and 2, and trichomoniasis.

The cartridge-based test is fully automated and detects multiple STIs, including co-infections, using a single patient sample.
