IceCure’s Tumor-Freezing Device Approved in India

IceCure’s ProSense system, a cryoablation device used to  destroy cancerous tissue, has been approved for use in India.

The liquid nitrogen-based system is used to destroy benign and cancerous tumors in breast, lung, bone and kidney cancer.

The device can be used to freeze tumors in a doctor’s surgery or at a clinic in less than an hour, avoiding the need for hospitalization.
