VisionCare Gets CE Mark for Eye Treatment Delivery System

VisionCare has earned CE mark certification of a delivery system for its CentraSight macular degeneration treatment.

The company’s Tsert-SI delivery system includes an injector preloaded with an implantable miniature telescope that helps restore vision in patients with severe macular degeneration.

The injector delivery system allows surgeons to insert the implant using a 6.5mm incision.
