Icotec Grabs Clearances for Spinal Implant Systems

Icotec has received 510(k) clearance from the FDA and Europe’s CE mark certification for its KONG-TL and KONG-C spinal implant devices.

The titanium-coated spinal implants are used in the surgical replacement of vertebral bodies following tumor removal or for treating serious spinal fractures.

The implants have titanium coatings designed to promote rapid bone growth.
