CoreLink’s 3D-Printed Cervical Spine System Cleared

July 1, 2020

The FDA has granted 510(k) clearance to CoreLink’s F3D-C2 cervical system for use in surgeries to remove a herniated or degenerative disc in the neck.

The 3D-printed implant is made up of a spacer that mimics natural bone and bone screw anchors that are secured with a locking mechanism.

The device does not require a supplemental fixation plate, making the surgical procedures its used in simpler and faster.
