Qubyx Gains Clearance for Medical Display Calibration Software-Monitor Bundle

Qubyx has gained 510(k) clearance from the FDA for a package that combines its PerfectLum display software with the Dell U3014 display monitor.

The software calibrates the 30” monitor to the Digital Imaging and Communications in Medicine (DICOM) standard, making it usable as a diagnostic display.

The application enables radiologists to recalibrate the hardware, and it also tests to verify that the monitor meets quality requirements.
