RenalytixAI said it is seeking the FDA’s clearance for its KidneyIntelX platform that performs risk assessments for kidney disease patients.

The system’s artificial intelligence-based algorithm generates a risk score for patients with kidney disease, based on blood biomarkers, inherited genetics and personalized patient data.

The patient’s risk score can be used to predict progressive kidney function decline in chronic kidney disease.
