Precision Biomonitoring’s COVID-19 Test Cleared in Europe

Canadian devicemaker Precision Biomonitoring has received a CE mark for its Triplelock SARS-CoV-2 reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR) diagnostic test.

The Triplelock test and its reagents are freeze-dried so they don’t require cold-chain shipping and can run at room temperature.

The product includes 96 pre-loaded tests and is compatible with most laboratory instruments, the Guelph, Ontario-based company said.
