HORIBA Medical Earns CE Mark for Hematology Analyzer

HORIBA Medical has earned CE mark certification for the new generation of its Microsemi CRP hematology analyzer.

In four minutes, the Microsemi CRP LC-767G device provides a simultaneous complete blood count and C-Reactive protein measurement. The point-of-care analyzer is designed for use in emergency situations to deliver measurements immediately after the collection of a blood sample.

The system allows patients to be screened at point-of-care for the presence of inflammation caused by bacteria, viruses, parasitic infections and other inflammatory diseases.
