Binah.ai Names New Chief Medical Officer

Israeli health and wellness monitor developer Binah.ai has appointed Naveh Tov to serve as its new chief medical officer.

Tov held both academic and clinical positions at Bnai Zion Medical Center from 1994 to 2016, specializing in internal, pulmonary and sleep medicine and serving as the head of the center’s pulmonary unit. He has also consulted for several medical device and drug companies.

Binah.ai has developed a video-based vital signs monitoring application that uses artificial intelligence to extract vital signs from a video of a person’s face using the camera on devices including smartphones, tablets or personal computers.
