Imbio Earns 510(k) Clearance for Ventricular Dilation Algorithm

Imbio has received 510(k) clearance from the FDA for its Right Ventricle/Left Ventricle (RV/LV) Analysis algorithm, a solution that assesses potential right-ventricular dilation.

The algorithm measures the ratio of the right ventricle’s maximum diameter compared to the left to help identify patients at risk of pulmonary embolism and other pulmonary conditions.

The algorithm’s results are automatically made available to clinicians, providing a full report of quantitative findings that are added directly to the patient’s imaging study in minutes.
