Updated Version of BrainTale’s White Matter Solution Cleared in Europe

BrainTale has been granted CE mark certification for a new enhanced version of brainQuant, a magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) software that analyzes damaged white matter in the brain.

The decision-support tool is designed to provide a qualitative and quantitative analysis of white matter injuries in the brain that cannot be conducted using standard medical imaging.

The solution provides regional MRI quantification of the brain’s microstructure in patients who have experienced severe brain injuries requiring intensive care, including traumatic brain injury, stroke and cardiac arrest. It now comes with a simplified user interface, patient follow-up and management features, and an improved visualization scale.
