OncoSec Medical Earns European Clearance for Gene Electrotransfer Device

OncoSec Medical’s GenPulse, a gene electrotransfer device, has been granted CE mark certification for treating solid tumors.

The device delivers short electric impulses to the tumor, causing pores to open in the membrane of cancer cells and improving the uptake of anti-cancer agents into the cells.

GenPulse is a component of the company’s OncoSec Medical System, an electroporation device platform.
