Innova Medical Group Acquires California N95 Respirator Manufacturer

Rapid antigen test developer Innova Medical Group announced that it has acquired Pacific PPE, a manufacturer of N95 respirators and other face mask products.

According to Innova, Pacific PPE specializes in developing and manufacturing high-quality N95 particulate respirators using fully automated processes. It is currently manufacturing several models of respirator models at its Pomona, Calif., facility.

Innova will significantly increase U.S. production capacity for the newly acquired company and intends to localize its manufacturing in international markets, including the UK, Europe, Asia and other regions.
