Sanofi to Collaborate with Stanford on Immunology

Sanofi and Stanford School of Medicine have announced a three-year collaboration that will focus on autoimmune diseases and inflammatory conditions.

The two organizations will create a joint steering committee and will fund up to three research programs a year, and Sanofi will host an annual forum for researchers from both organizations to exchange ideas and discuss collaborative immunology research projects. 

Sanofi will provide funding and scientific inputs for “projects of mutual interest, crossing multiple therapeutic areas,” the company said.
