Whiterabbit Earns 510(k) Clearance for Breast Cancer AI Software

Whiterabbit has received FDA 510(k) clearance for WRDensity, an artificial intelligence (AI)-based tool for measuring breast density.

The program was trained using machine learning to analyze decades of breast screening data. The software collects data radiologists can use to quickly identify breast density, which is an important risk factor for breast cancer.

A Silicon Valley-based AI company founded in 2017, Whiterabbit is collaborating with the Mallinckrodt Institute of Radiology in St. Louis to build a reference dataset for breast cancer detection.
