CDER Names First Principal Deputy Center Director

Jacqueline Corrigan-Curay has been appointed to the newly created role of first principal deputy center director within the FDA’s Center for Drug Evaluation and Research (CDER).

Corrigan-Curay previously served in a dual capacity as acting deputy center director for operations and director of the agency’s Office of Medical Policy.

She has held several prominent positions within the agency, including lead negotiator with industry for the FDA’s commitments under the Generic Drug User Fee Act (GDUFA) III and co-chair of the Clinical Trial Transformation Initiative Executive Committee.
