Intelligent Fingerprinting’s COVID-19 test, which can identify infected patients from swab saliva samples, has received CE mark certification.

The VSS-GP COVID-19 saliva test is designed to support frequent COVID-19 testing in locations, such as schools, workplaces, public events, nursing homes, healthcare settings, airports and prisons, the company said.

Intelligent Fingerprinting said it plans to produce 4 million tests per month at its Cambridge, UK, manufacturing facility.
