Strados Labs Gainsts CE Mark for Lung Monitoring Sensor

Strados Labs has earned CE mark certification for its RESP smart sensor platform for respiratory health.

The Philadelphia, Pa.-based medical technology company specializes in smart sensors to assist in early detection and prediction of worsening diseases.

The sensor, which identifies abnormal patient lung sounds and patterns, is intended to measure lung sounds remotely in a variety of healthcare settings. The device received the FDA’s 510(k) clearance last December.
