Singular Health Collaborative Viewing Software Gains FDA Clearance

Singular Health has received 510(k) clearance from the FDA for its 3Dicom MD subscription software product, which enables medical practitioners to share and chat about imaging scans.

The software enables voice and text, as well as remote control functionality allowing  practitioners to view and talk in real-time about 2D and 3D computed tomography, magnetic resonance and positron emission tomography scans.

3Dicom’s medical file transfer protocol allows for the transfer of an anonymized DICOM (Digital Imaging and Communications in Medicine) file between devices without the need for third-party file storage programs.

The company plans on launching the software commercially as a monthly subscription product for radiologists and dentists in 2023.
