Cotras Gets FDA Approval of Virtual Reality Rehab Device

South Korea-based Cotras has received FDA approval of its Mobilise home-use virtual-reality-game-based rehabilitation device for patients with degenerative knee arthritis.

The device provides personalized training, step-by-step according to the level of lower-limb muscle function.

The virtual reality game user interface as also provides internal knee biofeedback and augmented lower limb posture biofeedback.

The company’s goal with the device is to support aging-in-place by enabling patients to regain mobility and function.
