ENDOWMENT TO SELL $2B IN LILLY STOCK

For the first time in its nearly 70-year history, Lilly Endowment will shift a significant portion of its assets away from the company that shares its name. The endowment made the surprise announcement that it would move about $2 billion from Eli Lilly and Co. stock to other investments over the next few years.
