PFIZER BOARD MEETS OVER CEO SUCCESSION

Pfizer Inc.'s board of directors will have met Friday to discuss who should succeed Hank McKinnell as chief executive, the drugmaker has confirmed. The Pfizer board "has been focused for some time on an orderly process of succession planning," spokesman Paul FitzHenry wrote in a statement on the matter.
