NOVO NORDISK SUES PFIZER FOR PATENT INFRINGEMENT

Novo Nordisk announced that the company filed a lawsuit against Pfizer claiming that Pfizer's product Exubera infringes on patents owned by Novo Nordisk. The patents cover inhaled insulin treatment for diabetes.
