AMGEN WINS TKT APPEAL; COURT AFFIRMS DISTRICT COURT'S DECISION OF TKT, AVENTIS INFRINGE AMGEN'S EPO PATENT

Amgen said that the appeals Court affirmed the District Court's decision that Transkaryotic Therapies Inc., or TKT, and Aventis Pharmaceuticals Inc. infringe Amgen's erythropoietin, or EPO, patent estate.
