BRISTOL MYERS JUROR PLEADS GUILTY IN INSIDER TRADING CASE

Jason Smith, a grand juror in last year's Bristol Myers Squibb case, pleaded guilty Friday to insider trading, conspiracy and contempt charges. Smith, 30, who pled guilty in a federal courthouse in Manhattan, leaked grand jury information about the pharmaceutical maker to Eugene Plotkin and David Pajcin former Goldman Sachs & Co.
