SIGMA INTRODUCES WGA KIT

Sigma has launched a new whole genome amplification (WGA) kit, GenomePlex WGA. In October 2004, Sigma entered into an exclusive licensing agreement with Rubicon Genomics to further develop and commercialize the GenomePlex WGA technology. The GenomePlex WGA kit utilizes a proprietary amplification method designed for robust and accurate amplification of limited source DNA.
