AMERICAN MEDICAL SYSTEMS PROMOTES MARTIN EMERSON TO CEO

American Medical Systems has announced that Martin Emerson has been promoted to President and CEO from his current role as President and COO. Emerson has also been appointed to the company's board of directors.
