Paras Pharma to Set Up Unit in HP

Paras Pharmaceuticals, popular for its brands like Moov, Krack, Stopache, Itchguard and D-Cold, has decided to expand its manufacturing capacity by setting up a new formulations and cosmetics manufacturing facility at Baddi in Himachal Pradesh. Girish Patel, chairman, Paras Pharmaceuticals, said, "The company will set up a new facility at Mehsana, but will continue to operate the Kalol facility. The new facility in Baddi, for which civil works have already begun, will be set up at a cost of around Rs380-400mn. It should become operational in less than a year from now."
