The governments of Venezuela and India have agreed to establish a bilateral cooperation to develop a plant to manufacture new vaccines. According to the Health & Medicine Memorandum signed by both nations, they will support initiatives to collaborate in the development of pharmaceutical products, as well as the creation of new equipment to diagnose and combat diseases.
