SurModics Names Barclay Chief Executive Officer

SurModics, a provider of surface modification and drug delivery technologies to the healthcare industry, announced that its board of directors has elected Bruce Barclay to the position of president and CEO, effective July 1. Dale Olseth will step down as CEO but remain on the board of directors assuming the role of executive chairman.
