BioTech Medics Acquires FHJ Patents

BioTech Medics has closed on the $1.25 million acquisition of five FHJ Scientific Inc.'s five U.S. letters of patent and related foreign patents covering a novel compound solution. The patents cover FHJ Scientific's proprietary SHBAN compound solution. Scientific evidence and studies by top medical institutions suggest the unique solution may be used in a variety of ways such as aiding the healing of gingivitis or gum disease, wound healing, antiseptic nasal spray, sunburn and burn healing, psoriasis, fungal infections such as athlete's foot, eye infections and cuts or abrasions.
