Gore, Datascope Enter U.S. Distribution Agreement

Datascope has entered into an agreement with W.L. Gore & Associates under which Gore will become the exclusive distributor of Datascope subsidiary InterVascular's full line of polyester grafts and patches in the U.S., effective May 1.

InterVascular's U.S. product line includes the InterGard line of collagen-coated, knitted and woven polyester grafts for aortic and peripheral vascular procedures, the HemaCarotid and HemaPatch line of cardiovascular patches, and InterGard Heparin, a heparin-bonded polyester graft.

In Europe, the InterVascular product line will continue to be marketed by InterVascular's dedicated sales professionals and exclusive distributors. In other international markets, InterVascular's products will continue to be sold by an extensive distribution network.
