Lexicon Genetics reached an agreement to settle its claim in Deltagen bankruptcy proceedings and said its first-quarter revenue will exceed the high end of its previous guidance as a result of the deal. The settlement also includes Deltagen's assumption of a sublicense agreement from Lexicon, the genomics company said in a press release Thursday. The agreement was approved by the court overseeing Deltagen's bankruptcy proceedings.
