Impax Delays 10-K Filing Again

Impax Laboratories Inc. said it did not file its annual 10-K financial report with the Securities and Exchange Commission by March 31, the end of a 15-day extension granted by the SEC. On March 14, the Hayward-based generic drug company first said it would not get the report in on time, but said it would file it by March 31.
