The YaSheng Group and Sustainable Systems have ceased discussions regarding the acquisition of Sustainable Systems. Both parties cited the need to better understand the dynamic of the relationship that was developing. In addition, both parties are disappointed in the circumstances that brought the transaction to an end and each agreed that bio-based energy and product development was a growing and is a very important component to the US, Chinese, and International economy. Both parties have agreed to keep communication alive as each company grows and to continue to work on finding common ground between them.
