Vivascience Launches Vivapure for HIS-Tagged Protein Purification

Vivascience, a subsidiary of Sartorius AG, introduced the Vivapure 8-to-96 well cobalt-chelate kit, a complete system for simultaneous purification of multiple HIS-tagged proteins by Immobilized Metal Affinity Chromatography (IMAC). The kit includes ready-to-use, membrane-based hardware for all steps of the purification process: lysate filtration, protein purification, eluate collection and storage. All kit components are compatible with multi-channel devices and automated workstations, making the system suitable for high-throughput applications.
