AMT Enters Into License Agreement With KaVo

American Medical Technologies (AMT) announced that the company has entered into a nonexclusive license agreement with KaVo Dental, a worldwide manufacturer of dental equipment and ancillary products. KaVo was recently purchased by Danaher. Specifically, the agreement gives licensing permission for KaVo to produce dental devices (the RONDOflex, the RONDOflex Plus) utilizing AMT's patented air abrasion and Hydrobrasion technologies.
